Cannot buy Crysta using PayPal through UltimatePay method
*I thought it was on maintenance, but I checked and the maintenance has long ended. I am suspecting that the failure in purchase has something to do with the latest maintenance.*
I've been playing and paying with PayPal to buy Crysta since 1.0 and from the start of 2.0. There was never a problem. However, when PayPal refused my transaction because of credit card issue, after a day it will be back to normal and I could pay again.
However, this has been ongoing problem for me for 2 days, and my subscription cycle will end in a few days. I don't want to be locked out from the game, so please help.
This is the return error I got when I tried to purchase Crysta like usual with my PayPal accoutn.
PayPal Express CheckoutError
PayPal Express Checkout has rejected your payment attempt. Please select another way to pay. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Steps:
- I go to "Add Crysta" and select 1000 Crysta as usual.
- Click "Next" and proceed to select "UltimatePay." Click "Next" again.
- A small window pops up, letting me select the service.
- I choose "6 more choices!" and select PayPal.
- The window shows Amount Due: $10 ans shows "Check Out With PayPal" button.
- I click the button, it opens a new window so that I can log in to my PayPal to confirm payment.
- Logging in successfully, I get the payment information review and click button "Pay now."
- The PayPal window loads and says closing window after it's done sending information, as usual.
- The Thank you message in UltimatePay window shows briefly, before an error message pops on top of it.
- I get an email from PayPal saying I authorised a payment.
- I check my PayPal account and there is a history saying "Cancelled" in the payment to PlaySpan. Detail information says "The seller cancelled this payment, and the money has been returned to your account."
- No money was taken.
This problem never happened before. It only started 2 days ago for me. If I can get some technical help, I'll really appreciate it.
